How do I start practicing?

Go to the Practice tab, select your question count, and tap Start Practice. You’ll see instant feedback with explanations after each question.

What are Mock Exams?

Mock Exams simulate the real ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam — 40 questions with a 70% pass mark. Choose Timed (90 minutes), Untimed, or Sudden Death (one wrong answer ends it). Answers are revealed at the end with full explanations.

What is Passive Learning?

Passive Learning sends practice questions via notifications throughout the day. Set how many questions per day and your preferred time window.

What does “Hide Mastered Questions” do?

Questions you’ve answered correctly 3+ times in a row are hidden from practice. This lets you focus on weak areas. This is a Premium feature.

What does Premium include?

Free version: 10 practice questions per session, 1 passive learning question per day. Premium ($3.99 one-time): unlimited practice, extra passive learning, hide mastered questions, practice most missed questions.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchase. This checks your Apple Account for an existing purchase and unlocks Premium.
