ServiceNow CSA Cert Companion (“the App”) is a ServiceNow CSA certification exam preparation tool for iPhone. Your privacy is fundamental to our design.

Data Collection

ServiceNow CSA Cert Companion does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data — study progress, exam history, answer records, preferences — is stored locally on your device.

What We Do Not Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No cookies or web tracking
• No biometric data

On-Device Storage

Your study progress, exam session history, answer records, streaks, and app preferences are stored locally using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We do not have access to this data.

Notifications

ServiceNow CSA Cert Companion uses local notifications for the Passive Learning feature. All notifications are scheduled locally. No notification data is sent to external servers.

In-App Purchases

ServiceNow CSA Cert Companion offers a free tier and a one-time premium purchase ($3.99). The purchase is managed through Apple’s App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Children’s Privacy

ServiceNow CSA Cert Companion is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, no children’s data is collected.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
